Gabriel Osamoje Jimoh Founder & Director BSc Accounting · MSc International Business, Ulster University

Gabriel grew up in Edo State, Nigeria, in a family whose livelihood was cocoa. His late father farmed and traded cocoa beans, and Gabriel spent his early years around the part of the trade international buyers rarely see: how a crop is harvested and dried, how quality is judged by hand at the farm gate, and how beans pass through aggregators and local merchants long before they reach an exporter's warehouse.

He went on to train formally in the commercial side of that same trade, holding a BSc in Accounting and an MSc in International Business from Ulster University in the United Kingdom.

Terra Global Trading Ltd exists to bring those two things together. Quality in agricultural commodities is won or lost at origin, long before shipment. Commercial confidence is won or lost in specification, documentation and communication. Gabriel founded Terra to give international buyers a counterpart who understands both ends of that chain, and who will say plainly when a requirement cannot be met.

Commercial Structure

Separating Commercial Coordination From Physical Execution

Terra Global Trading Ltd and Ufanhi Global Trading Ltd are separate legal entities with separate finances and separate operations. Both were founded by Gabriel Osamoje Jimoh and are deliberately kept apart: commercial development sits in the United Kingdom, and sourcing and export execution sit in Nigeria, where they are carried out.

Terra manages international buyer engagement, market development, commercial coordination and documentation alignment. Terra does not own, warehouse or export commodities, and does not receive commodity sale proceeds from buyers.

Ufanhi Global Trading Ltd — CAC No. 9556072 · NEPC Export Registration No. 0043776 — manages supplier relationships, commodity sourcing, quality coordination, export documentation and logistics at origin. For raw commodity transactions, Ufanhi is Seller of Record and Exporter of Record.

Sales contracts, commercial invoices and payment are handled by the exporting entity: Ufanhi Global Trading Ltd for raw commodities, or the processing facility for value-added products. Terra is compensated separately under business development and commission arrangements.

The result is a single clear answer to the question buyers ask first — you contract with, and pay, the company that ships your goods.
