Operational Separation

Terra Global Trading Ltd is the United Kingdom trade development partner, responsible for buyer acquisition, market development, requirement alignment and commercial communication. Terra does not own, warehouse or export commodities and does not receive commodity sale proceeds from buyers.
Ufanhi Global Trading Ltd is the Nigerian origin sourcing and export execution company, responsible for supplier management, commodity preparation, quality control, documentation and export operations. For raw commodity transactions Ufanhi is Seller of Record and Exporter of Record.
For value-added products, buyers contract directly with the Nigerian processing facility, which acts as Seller and Exporter of Record. Terra acts as introducing and business development partner.
Who you contract with: for raw commodities the sales contract and commercial invoice are issued by Ufanhi Global Trading Ltd, and payment is made to Ufanhi. For value-added products the contract and invoice are issued by the processing facility, and payment is made to that facility. In both cases Terra is compensated separately by the exporting party. Terra does not take payment from buyers for goods.
